The tram stop location near the hotel was acceptable.
The hotel attempted to charge me twice for my stay, causing an upsetting end. Vincent, during check-in, seemed helpful but downgraded my room, saying my original room didn't have much of a view. He also talked about eating cow brains at local restaurants, which I found culturally insensitive.

The breakfast offered many healthy options, and i really enjoyed the coffee. The staff gave great local recommendations and were super helpful (a special thanks to Marco!). I even stayed an extra day because of the wonderful staff.
Going out or in was a hassle. I had to make a long walk around these road works. They didn't communicate about discounts.
