I love the style of the room. The bed WAS comfy. Housekeeping WAS great and friendly.
they are trying to charge US twice for our stay. It has marked an upsetting end to our stay!

helpful staff easy access
the staff was helpful. They offered great restaurant recommendations. The front desk was staffed 24/7. I also appreciated the tram being close by as it made attractions easily accessible.

double charge insensitive talk
The tram stop location near the hotel was acceptable.
The hotel attempted to charge me twice for my stay, causing an upsetting end. Vincent, during check-in, seemed helpful but downgraded my room, saying my original room didn't have much of a view. He also talked about eating cow brains at local restaurants, which I found culturally insensitive.

healthy options helpful staff
The breakfast offered many healthy options, and i really enjoyed the coffee. The staff gave great local recommendations and were super helpful (a special thanks to Marco!). I even stayed an extra day because of the wonderful staff.
Going out or in was a hassle. I had to make a long walk around these road works. They didn't communicate about discounts.
